Champex-Lac Bisse

This trail is also known as the “sentier du petit ruisseau” (little stream trail). It is believed to date from the 15th century and to have fed Lake Champex from the Vallon d’Arpette. Take the bus to Champex-télé, then go under the ski lift and enter the forest to enjoy the cool shade and a magnificent view of the Dents du Midi! ! After one hour of hiking uphill, you will reach the Vallon d’Arpette. Once you reach the top, you can take a break at the Relais d’Arpette, which offers homemade local and seasonal specialties.
